Orders delivered in the UK (first class post) should arrive within 7 days of ordering. Outside UK (international Airmail): 12 days. Digital downloads links are available immediately an online payment is authorised.

Debit cards (also known as bank cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo. All transactions are completed via the PayPal gateway.
Just browse our catalogue, which displays two prices next to each other, one without VAT (European Union sales tax) and the other with VAT included. If you decide you want to buy something, click on the Add To Cart button. If you are satisfied you have ordered the right item, click Confirm. You will be returned automatically to the catalogue where you can either order more items and Add To Cart, or click Checkout to complete the transaction, which you do by confirming your credit or debit card details and address. Card details are processed by PayPal on a secure server using 128-bit encryption.
If you are shopping from outside the UK and the EU the VAT will be removed from the charges when you select your country from the drop-down menu.
If you are outside the United Kingdom, your credit card company will convert the £ sterling transaction costs into your own currency. Remember, you can preview your entire order, including all shipping and tax charges, BEFORE submitting your card details for authorisation.
Shipping And Handling Shipping is by standard First Class Post, Standard Parcel or by Airmail and International Signed for outside the United Kingdom. These charges also include packaging and handling.

Tax Charges All items delivered to UK and other European Union customers are subject to VAT at 20%, except books and children’s clothing, which are zero-rated. If you are ordering from outside the UK and European Union, the VAT is removed from the charges in the shop cart when you select your country from the drop-down menu.
Credit Card Security Credit/debit card numbers are not held in clear text on any web site. Credit/debit card details entered on the payment page are encrypted using 128-bit encryption and processed only by PayPal, a specialist third party payment service provider. Union Productions Ltd never sees customers’ full card numbers nor stores them anywhere on billybragg.co.uk/billybragg.com.
Privacy Policy Union Productions Ltd does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, and to store your address details for future purchases if you select the ‘Remember Me’ option
Returns Policy Defective items may be returned and a replacement will be supplied within two weeks. Unsuitable clothing may be returned, unwashed and unworn, and a refund will be issued. Wrongly delivered items can be returned for a full refund.
