The Management would like to take this opportunity to apologise to any of our customers if at any time they experience a short delay in their goods being despatched. This will be due to unexpectedly high demand and the Emporium Elves will be rushed off their little green legs. If it is due to low stock, Mr Bragg will be sent back down to the shed to rummage around and find more stuff and he assures us that it will be ready for delivery soon.

 The Management are banned from cracking the whip in the sweat shop...errr...factory due to Elf & Safety regulations but you can sleep safely in the knowledge that those little elves will keep on with the force and won't stop 'til they got enough.
