This looks to be a fairly new site and it doesn't have a lot of users yet, but the site lets you publish and post your own "manifestos." There are discussion forums as well, and they don't censor. Much of the content is intelligent and well thought out but there is at least one racist nutter who posts on there. I don't know if anyone responds to him because I'm afraid to click on his post from work. It would just piss me off anyway.
