Bully for you

Bullying is the Flavour of the day, as if anybody really cared. The Government proclaims, "we must all stop the Bullying"

That's the equivalent of a Scottish trawler fisherman saying "we must stop catching fish".

Our Capitalist society is built on the back of bullies, bullying isn't just about slapping someone in return for their big bag of sweets.

Just threatening to slap for that big bag of sweets, is also bullying.

Intimidating is bullying, so is exclusion. Taking peoples goods and possesions is also bullying.

Just threatening to take peoples goods and possesions is still bullying, I watched the Fly on the wall series "a day in the life of a bully bailiff" (that's my title) the series was shown on the BBC, the program was a warning for us all to pay our fines on time or else. What if we couldn't afford our fines, what happens then? our livelihoods could be damaged, (that's a clever policy)

Have you seen or heard the the TV and Radio, adverts with dark threatening sinister voices menacingly stating.

BENEFITS FRAUD

"WE'RE WATCHING YOU".

"WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE".

"WE KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE".

The TV Licence adverts are just the same, always threatening, this form of bullying is just one of my reasons why I oppose the TV Licence, I have worked on a TV Licence van so I know what really happens.

I feel like I am living on the set of a Freddy Kruger movie. Most government adverts have these menacing undertones. Whose idea was it to threaten us all in this way, does anyone know the name of the culprit? (let's expose him / her / them).

For those of you that can happily pay a massive fine and then put it down to experience, good luck to you, but I'll tell you what its really like, living on lower earth. (the gutter).

Have you ever seen the NSPCC TV Advert? the young puppet doll sitting on the Adults lap, with the little puppet girl feeling frightened and threatened, even in a room full of people or a playground full of children's laughter, the puppet and the adult are only two people that know the abuse is happening, everybody else including you, are totally unaware.

That's the society that we live in, and that's why I don't like this society

I have never seen or heard any adverts proclaiming;

TAX FRAUD,

" DO YOU BANK IN THE CAYMAN ISLANDS"

"WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE"

"WE KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE"

"WE KNOW WHERE YOU WORK"

I'm sure that there is more money swindled out of our system through legal loopholes, than through the benefits system, I always hear how the immigrants are taking the money from our system illegally and also the benefits cheats are just as bad.

Lets stop the bullying of the masses NOW, lets instead chase the minorities including our top businessmen, our lawyers, bankers and CEO's, our entrepreneurs, tycoons, our judges and politicians, lets chase the big money. (that's the clever policy).

Please look at my site. It tells of thuggish behaviour of Rossendales bailiffs resulting in the death of my unborn grandson. My daughter was due to have baby Alfie any day when this thug arrived. This kind of bully boy thug behaviour must be STOPPED. I hold Nottingham City Council and Rossendales bailiffs responsible for my grandson's death.

That's horrible news, sorry to hear of your loss. Get a decent solicitor, maybe using a no win/no fee contract if costs are too high, and take them to the cleaners.

Thank you for your comments. Bailiff firm Rossendales have now admitted they did not act appropriately. The bailiff concerned was reprimanded and sent for re training on dealing with VULNERABLE people. Another member of staff has been diciplined for failing to tell the bailiff that a payment method had been accepted, resulting in him calling again on the day Lynsay was in hospital having her dead child, when he should not be there.
Nottingham City Council leader Jon Collins has now sent a letter of apology, having found Rossendales Bailiffs had lied to him, and had not acted in an appropriate manner as they had led him to believe.
None of this will bring Alfie back. An innocent babies life has been lost, as a result of bullying and threatening.

It appears bullying doesn't always work. Bush sent John Bolton (a Grade A bully) to the UN to push a slate of reforms, and now look what's happened:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml...7/ixportal.html

From the article...

Britain has rejected a proposal by John Bolton, America's combative ambassador to the United Nations, to block the upcoming UN budget as a tactic to push through disputed reforms.

My comment...

There is nothing sweeter than seeing a bully get his comeuppance.

Like I said, nothing sweeter...

From the article:

President Bush today accepted the resignation of John R. Bolton as U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, expressing deep disappointment that "a handful" of senators had blocked his confirmation last year.

"I accept it; I'm not happy about it," Bush told reporters this afternoon in the Oval Office after a meeting with Bolton. He said his nominee "deserved to be confirmed" as the U.S. envoy to the United Nations. "We're going to miss you in this administration," Bush told Bolton. "You've been a stalwart defender of freedom and peace."

Bolton thanked Bush but did not comment further at the photo opportunity, and the president did not take any questions after his brief remarks.

My comment:

That was probably the first time Bully-Boy-Bolton kept his mouth shut in his life.

From the article:

Bush nominated Bolton in March 2005 for the U.N. post, but the choice quickly ran into opposition from Democrats and a few Republicans over allegations that he tried to spin intelligence to support his political views and bullied subordinates who disagreed with him. Some critics also made an issue of his sometimes prickly personality, arguing that he was too combative for international diplomacy.

After opponents succeeded in blocking the nomination, Bush circumvented the confirmation process by appointing Bolton on a temporary basis during a congressional recess on Aug. 1, 2005.

With the appointment nearing its expiration, Bush resubmitted the nomination Nov. 9. But Democrats remained opposed to the choice, and Sen. Joseph R. Biden Jr. (D-Del.), the incoming chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, labeled it a nonstarter. Sen. Lincoln D. Chafee (R-R.I.), a moderate Republican who lost his reelection bid in the Nov. 7 elections, also expressed opposition to the new appointment.

Chafee's opposition was key because without his vote on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, the Bolton nomination stood virtually no chance of winning committee approval and moving to a Senate floor vote in the current congressional lame-duck session. Republicans currently hold a 10-8 majority on the committee, but that will switch in favor of the Democrats when the new Congress convenes next month with a 51-49 Democratic majority and Biden assumes the chairmanship.

My comment:

Slowly but surely, one step at a time. It is nice to have the Democrats back in power.

From the article:

While praising Bolton's intellect, hard work and dedication, Biden said it was "unfortunate that the White House continues its false claim that consideration of Mr. Bolton's nomination was blocked by Senate Democrats." In fact, Biden said in a statement, Bolton "did not have the votes to secure the recommendation of the Foreign Relations Committee under Republican leadership." He said the reason the Bolton nomination did not get a vote in the full Senate was because the administration refused to provide requested documents, including National Security Agency intercepts that Bolton had asked to see to learn the identities of U.S. citizens involved in certain communications.

My comment:

As might be expected, another Republican tarred by the culture of corruption.
